2 Steps to Make an All-Natural Detox Drink for Successful Weight Loss

You have probably hard about a new fad diet plan called detox diet that is fast becoming popular. However the fact remains that there is no scientific evidence to prove that such diets really work, and I personally believe that such diets can only cause more harm than good to the body. So which diet really works? In this article I am going to tell you about that!

Look, if you want to lose weight, you must detoxify your body. This doesn’t however mean that you have to follow the detox diet I mentioned above! In fact, there are far better ways of achieving the same goal. One of these ways is the master cleanse fast method. This method works for most people because in order to follow it, all you need is to a drink a specially formulated lemon drink, which is not much of an issue at all. Once you drink it, your body’s detoxification engine will swing in full gear to cleanse your body from all the toxins. Once your body rids itself of the toxins, you will lose a significant amount of pounds.

Don’t make the mistake of thinking that this is just another fad! For your information, popular celebrities such as Beyonce Knowles and Robin Quivers regularly use this method to keep their bodies detoxified, so there is no reason why it won’t work for you!

So, here is how to prepare the detox drink:

1. Mix twelve tablespoonfuls of lemon juice (organic, not processed ones) with maple syrup of the same quantity. Add sixty ounces of mineral water and two tablespoonfuls of ground cayenne pepper to it. Mix the whole drink thoroughly! You will be surprised by the fact that unlike many other natural drinks, this one tastes great!

2. Drink it daily: Please don’t treat it as just another fad, and make sure to drink it regularly, six times per day! If you eat six small meals daily (which you should), you can have one drink after each meal. If you eat less frequently, you will need to drink the juice even at odd times, but make sure that the two successive drinks are not too close to each other!

Once you follow the above two steps for at least ten days, you will notice that you have not only lost a significant amount of body weight, but also gained an enormous amount of energy. You will feel an invigorating enthusiasm about yourself and life in general. The large amount of energy you get is the result of the fat that was burned as a result of your detoxification measures!
