3. Weight Loss surgery:  This is yet another way to lose weight quickly. By means of surgery, you can lose far more weight than any of the other available diet programs. However, since the surgery is risky, this option is recommended only for those who are excessively or morbidly obese.

4. Online diet programs: In the age of computers and internet, you can join several popular weight loss programs with the click of a mouse. These online programs ask you to create a profile in which you describe how much weight you want to lose and how quickly, as well as how determined you are to lose weight. You are also required to mention if you have tried other diet programs before and if yes, what kind of results you got from them!

Based on your profile, the experts would recommend you a diet program. Of course, you need to pay a fee to join these programs, but the foods and other specifics required to follow the diet program are include within the fee!
