The diet encompasses eating organic fruits and vegetables everyday whenever you are hungry. You can also speed up the weight loss by doing some high-intensity interval training. The way that you do this is by doing some form of exercise, typically running for one minute. Once you have completed a minute of training you’ll then walk for the next two minutes. Repeat this process for eight to ten times until you reach thirty minutes in total. If you do this along with eating properly, you will be amazed with the amount of weight that you can actually lose in the span of one month.
