A girl that I work with had lap band surgery a year ago. She was 2 months prego when they did the surgery,-she had no clue -and the doctors didnt check the positive test. Any way (thats a very long story) She had the baby and he is fine. She is suing the hospital, and she said they wont release her to another hospital to get her band filled, and of course they wont do it there. since then she is just gaining weight. Is this harmful to her?

Im bulimic, but im really trying to get rid of that disease. The problem is the atkins diet if a calorie packed one , so I freak out after I just ate because i really feel im going to get fatter. What can I do?

I am currently on the atkins diet. I have been on the diet for 7 days now and have lost 6 lbs. I will be going through pms this upcoming week and will start my cycle on Saturday. I was just wondering will I gain weight when I am on my menstrual cycle while doing the atkins diet? If so, how long will it take to come back off?
