  • I enjoy short efficient total body workouts that include a combination of dynamic stretching, plyometrics and resistance training–all of which increase the heart rate for an invigorating, calorie-blitzing workout. My goal is to move through my routine as quickly as possible without a lot of breaks in the action. This approach is great, too, for post-exercise calorie burn. Keep up the great work!
